  • If the main gates are closed, please open them, drive in, and close them again behind you (for safety of children and dogs). All parking is strictly at your own risk and the owners accept no liability for any damage caused to vehicles or loss of any contents.

DOGS
  • We love dogs and aim to make Saltbox Escapes as dog-friendly as possible. However as a condition of booking please follow these simple rules:

  • You may bring up to two dogs with you if you let us know at time of booking.

  • Keep your dogs off the beds and use the dog blankets supplied to protect furniture from dirt and damage.

  • Please clear up after your dogs and put used poo bags into the grey bins by the back door of the main house.

  • Dogs can be showered using the hose in the courtyard; please use the doggy towels provided. Do not wash them in the Coach House bathroom or shower rooms or use guest towels to dry them.

  • Our neighbours' sheep graze in adjacent fields, and although the garden is fenced it cannot be guaranteed as secure for dogs. So please do not leave your dog unattended in the accommodation or the garden and keep it under control at all times.

  • We have two friendly dogs of our own who are used to sharing the space with other dogs. But if this is likely to be a problem for your dog, we politely suggest that you would be better to book elsewhere.

  • If damage is caused by your dogs, we may bill you for the cost of additional cleaning, repairs, or replacement.
